With eight years of experience and 150 projects successfully completed, we have discovered the right approach to interactive development. Our method involves a team structure that assures our customers the best results and the highest satisfaction. It all starts with our Project Manager.
As your first contact, he/she will consult with you and provide a proposed solution to meet your needs. Next, your project is assigned to a Project Team Lead, who will be your point person for the duration of the development process. He/she is your daily link to what is going on and is responsible for assuring your project is delivered in a timely manner. Our Web Designers and Web Programmers are the engine of the development team and the driving force of your project.
Through a private client Extranet, you will have the access to view your project's progress at all times. You'll be able to see the work as it is being produced and provide feedback throughout the process.
Throughout the course of development, your project will go through a series of Quality Assurance measures that test and retest the project.
After your project is launched, our Support Team is there to answer your questions and address any project updates you may need. Express Support is ready any time for quick project updates while Premier Retainers are available for larger enhancements.
From beginning to end, the IRe-S development process assures you will receive a high quality product delivered in a timely manner.
